Withdrawal and refunds
This page explains the general rules for cancelling MesajHub services and, where the customer legally qualifies as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal.
1. Professional customers and consumers
MesajHub is primarily intended for companies, professionals and organisations. For customers contracting the service for professional purposes, cancellation and refunds are governed by the contract and Terms and Conditions. If the contracting person legally qualifies as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights are not limited by these terms.
2. Statutory withdrawal right for consumers
For a distance contract for services, a consumer generally has, subject to statutory exceptions, 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
If, at the consumer’s express request, performance starts before the withdrawal period expires, statutory rules concerning services already supplied and any proportionate amount due apply. Loss of the withdrawal right can occur only under the conditions provided by law.
3. How to request withdrawal or a refund
Send your request to contact@mesajhub.ro with enough information to identify the account and payment. Do not email your full card number, CVV/CVC, passwords, tokens or other sensitive data.

4. Model withdrawal form
If you legally qualify as a consumer, you may use the model below or send any unequivocal statement communicating your decision to withdraw.

5. Payments via Viva.com
Viva.com integration is being prepared for a later stage and is not activated by this version. Once activated, payment data will be processed through the payment provider’s infrastructure, and approved refunds will be initiated through the available payment mechanism, subject to applicable law and contract terms.
