1. MesajHub account
To request deletion of your account or account data, send a request from the email address associated with the account to contact@mesajhub.ro. We will verify the requester’s identity and authority before deleting business data.
2. Disconnecting Meta / WhatsApp
You can revoke MesajHub access from your Meta business settings or through MesajHub disconnection features when available. Meta may send MesajHub a technical deauthorisation/deletion request, which the system processes through dedicated endpoints.
3. What is deleted and what may be retained
We delete or anonymise data no longer necessary to provide the service. We may temporarily retain technical backups and data required by law, such as financial/accounting records or logs needed for legal defence and security.
4. Data processed on behalf of a client
If you are a message recipient of a company using MesajHub, that company is normally the controller of your data. We recommend contacting that company first; MesajHub will assist it in handling the request as processor.
